The Lark-Wi Smart Lock Mobile App is currently available for iPhones 4S or higher and selected Android 5.0 or higher devices.

You have two ways to create your Lark-Wi account :
1.The first way is use any browser to visit the www.Lark-Wi.com, then click: "login"
In login screen touch to "sign up", then The REGISTRTION PAGE will appear. Just enter your phone or e-mail address and set your password and you have completed the registration.
Note: You must use your phone or e-mail address as a user name! THIS IS REQUIRED because if you forget your password the process to retrieve your password the system will need to email you information.
2.You can also complete this process on your smartphone browser.

Lark-Wi Smart Lock does not require a data connection to control with the mobile application if you are signed into your account and within range of the Lark-Wi.
Note: Lark-Wi Smart Lock Application does require an internet connection for initial Smart Lock setup.
Your Lark-Wi Smart Lock will notify you that your batteries are low in a couple different ways.
1)You can see the battery level on the Lark-Wi APP.
2)A red flashing light on the Lark-Wi Smart Lock.
Note: Your Smart Lock has 4 AA batteries. Make sure to remove and replace all 4 batteries at the same time.
If you are having difficulty connecting to your lock due to Bluetooth or Connection errors, first check to make sure your Bluetooth is on. Then do the following:
1.Close the Lark-Wi app.
2.Toggle Bluetooth off and on.
3.Reopen app.
For Android 5.0 and above, after installing the app, users must grant explicit permission to Lark-Wi app to use Bluetooth and GPS
